We currently manufacture highly engineered pipeline ball valves up to 60" and 2500#, in a wide range of standard and special materials — Carbon & Low Alloy Steels, Austenitic Stainless Steels, Duplex & Superduplex Steels, High Alloys & Nickel-based Alloys, and Martensitic & Heat Resistant Alloys, among others — capable of operating across a temperature range from -46ºC up to 450ºC.
For midstream applications, our most requested design is the 2 or 3-piece Forged Trunnion Mounted Ball Valve, offered with welded or flanged ends, bolted or fully welded bodies, and manual or actuated operation. We also offer a wide range of sealing solutions tailored to the fluid media — metal-to-metal or soft seats — along with weld overlay options on virtually any base material, for abrasive and corrosive service conditions.
